About Me
After 5 years of collecting fancy pieces of paper (BSc & MSc in Physics)
I started my career as a Bio-Medical Engineer in a hospital. Initially I
was responsible for repairs in general ward areas, then I dabbled in
Dialysis and Endoscopy, and eventually ended up getting experience in
Theatre and ICU departments. I currently manage all medical devices in a newly
built Day Surgery Centre where I get to play around with new technologies daily.
My experience in bio-engineering has given me a great interest in the tech
industry. I spend my spare time learning and improving my skills on
Data Science / ML / AI.
I believe the future of technology is through
those fields and
my strong maths & physics understanding
together with hands-on experience in engineering will really help me along the way

Experience & Skillset
Following skills are acquired from 5 years of education, multiple projects involving data acquisition & analysis and 4+ years in bio-engineering.
Maths
Strong math skills from 5 years of physics education. The use of maths in everyday work allows me to quickly solve technical problems and break down complex issues into simple solutions
Data Analysis
My education has prepared me for dealing with data. My projects involved aquiring large sets of data, cleaning it up, analysing it and using it to show research findings
Programming
Used Matlab in my physics projects to find and display results. Learned basics of C++ and C# during my studies. I have been using JavaScript for developing websites and am currently studying Machine Learning with Python & R
Problem Solving
This is my favourite skill! I learned everything through project-based-learning. I enjoy taking on problems that are difficult to solve, apply different methodologies and get concrete solutions
Physics
Applied maths, mechanics, electronics, optics, quantum physics, statistics, computational physics and much more learned throughout my studies
Technical Skills
Experience in building test phantoms, designing studies to test theoretical questions, creating programming scripts to deal with experimental data and dealing with high pressure real life problems such as fixing anaesthetic machines during surgical procedures
